De conformidad con la legislación sobre protección de datos y cualquier otra legislación pertinente y vigente, se informa al usuario de que los datos personales facilitados, en su caso, serán incorporados a un fichero automatizado, que se utilizará únicamente para los fines descritos en el correspondiente formulario, precontrato u oferta.
Datos de clientes
Si ha facilitado sus datos como persona de contacto de una empresa cliente o proveedora o como empresario individual, ya sea como cliente o proveedor de HORIZONS OPTICAL, HORIZONS OPTICAL utilizará estos datos exclusivamente para el mantenimiento de la relación contractual y no los cederá a terceros, salvo que dicha cesión de datos sea necesaria para cumplir con la relación contractual con el interesado o su empresa. Los datos facilitados se conservarán mientras se mantenga la relación contractual o durante el tiempo necesario para cumplir con las obligaciones legales. Asimismo, como cliente o proveedor de HORIZONS OPTICAL, HORIZONS OPTICAL podrá enviarle información comercial a través de los medios que haya facilitado, incluido el correo electrónico, en base al Interés Legítimo regulado por el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos. Además, le informamos de que HORIZONS OPTICAL podrá utilizar sus datos personales con fines de formación y configuración de parámetros, cuando así lo requiera el servicio prestado al cliente.
Clientes potenciales – contactos, marketing
HORIZONS OPTICAL utiliza los datos de contacto de empresas clientes o clientes potenciales para enviar información que pueda considerarse de naturaleza comercial. En consecuencia, los destinatarios de la información pueden ser clientes, clientes potenciales contactados previamente por HORIZONS OPTICAL, personas que contactan con HORIZONS OPTICAL utilizando el formulario de contacto y personas que se han suscrito a través del formulario correspondiente. Si un interesado recibe este tipo de información, será porque pertenece a uno de los grupos enumerados. La información enviada por HORIZONS OPTICAL es aquella que HORIZONS OPTICAL entiende que puede ser de interés para el destinatario y está en todo momento relacionada con los productos o servicios de HORIZONS OPTICAL sobre los que el interesado ha mostrado algún tipo de interés. La base jurídica de la licitud del tratamiento de datos para esta finalidad es el interés legítimo de HORIZONS OPTICAL. HORIZONS OPTICAL conservará sus datos mientras no se oponga a su uso.
Pruebas de Uso
En el caso de que sus datos sean tratados para una Prueba de Uso, dicho tratamiento se realizará siempre con su consentimiento expreso. La base legítima para este tratamiento es su consentimiento otorgado en su momento. Por tanto, sus datos serán utilizados para llevar a cabo cada Prueba para la que haya podido ser convocado. Los datos que puedan ser especialmente sensibles serán tratados de forma confidencial y utilizados para cada Prueba, y Horizons Optical podrá convocarle para la realización de otras Pruebas en función de sus condiciones ópticas específicas. HORIZONS OPTICAL mantendrá la confidencialidad de sus datos personales, comunicándolos, si fuera necesario, a las autoridades en base al cumplimiento de sus obligaciones legales. Sus datos permanecerán en nuestros sistemas mientras no se oponga a su tratamiento.
Registro en el sitio web
Le informamos de que HORIZONS OPTICAL utiliza los datos obtenidos del registro en el sitio web/los sitios web con el fin de optimizar su experiencia de estar registrado en ellos. Además, le informamos de que sus datos podrán ser utilizados para enviarle información que pueda considerarse de naturaleza comercial. La base legal para el tratamiento lícito de los datos con esta finalidad es el interés legítimo de HORIZONS OPTICAL. HORIZONS OPTICAL conservará sus datos mientras no se oponga a su tratamiento.

Datos de candidatos
Si ha facilitado sus datos a HORIZONS OPTICAL como candidato potencial a un puesto dentro de la empresa, HORIZONS OPTICAL utilizará estos datos exclusivamente para gestionar su candidatura a cualquiera de las vacantes que pudieran existir y no cederá estos datos a terceros. Los datos facilitados se conservarán por un periodo máximo de dos años. La base legal es su consentimiento mediante el envío de su currículum vitae.
Ejercicio de derechos comunes a todos los datos personales
El interesado tiene derecho a obtener confirmación sobre si en HORIZONS OPTICAL estamos tratando sus datos personales, y por tanto tiene derecho a acceder a sus datos personales, rectificar los datos inexactos o solicitar su supresión cuando los datos ya no sean necesarios, así como a oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos para cualquier finalidad explicada en este documento, como el envío de información comercial. Veracidad y actualización de los datos
HORIZONS OPTICAL presupone que los datos personales facilitados a través de los distintos canales y formatos son veraces, que son suministrados directamente por el titular, que este es quien dice ser, que los datos están actualizados, y que el afectado/interesado comunicará cualquier modificación de sus datos desde el momento en que esta se produzca.
Deber de secreto
Las personas que intervienen en el tratamiento de datos relativos a personas físicas y acceden a los ficheros, ya sea de forma directa o indirecta, guardarán secreto en todo momento respecto de los datos personales que conozcan en el desarrollo de su labor. El Deber de Secreto es una obligación para HORIZONS OPTICAL, todos los miembros de los órganos de supervisión y dirección, las personas contratadas bajo el Derecho Laboral español, y los profesionales que prestan servicios contratados bajo el Derecho Mercantil español. También es una obligación para los proveedores de bienes y servicios y sus empleados, los encargados del tratamiento de datos y sus empleados, así como los subcontratados por el encargado y sus empleados. La obligación de secreto persiste más allá de la finalización de la relación laboral o comercial establecida con HORIZONS OPTICAL, de los encargados del tratamiento de datos, así como tras la expiración de los contratos laborales o mercantiles, etc., que vinculen a los empleados y/o profesionales con los Encargados del Tratamiento y los proveedores que suministran bienes o servicios a HORIZONS OPTICAL.

Cuando HORIZONS OPTICAL recomienda o facilita enlaces a algún sitio web, considera que estos son de interés para el usuario. HORIZONS OPTICAL no tiene obligación de supervisar los sitios web/páginas web que recomienda o a los que proporciona enlaces. Estos han sido creados por personas físicas o jurídicas o entidades sin personalidad jurídica ajenas a HORIZONS OPTICAL.
